Terms of Service

AppStorePack helps you design App Store screenshots and icons from templates and generate store copy with AI, then either export a bundle you upload yourself or, if you connect App Store Connect, have us update your listing for you. You can use it in the web app or through an AI assistant you connect (such as Claude). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• If you add an App Store Connect API key, you authorize us to use it to make the requests you, or an app you have connected, ask for: listing your apps, planning a push, and pushing your listing text and screenshots. A push never submits your app for review.
• Actions taken through an AI assistant or token you connect are treated as actions you asked for. You can revoke tokens, disconnect apps, and remove your key at any time on your Account page.
• You remain responsible for your Apple Developer account, including complying with Apple’s terms for it and deciding whether connecting a third-party tool fits how you manage it.

Store copy, captions, and other suggestions generated with AI may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before you publish; you are responsible for what appears on your App Store listing.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing on a going-forward basis; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

You keep all rights to the images and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and render that content solely to operate the service for you (for example, generating derived icon sizes, rendering screenshots, assembling your export, and sending it to App Store Connect when you ask us to). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

Don’t use AppStorePack to infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.

The AppStorePack software, templates, and branding are ours or our licensors’. These terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

AppStorePack is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. “App Store” and “App Store Connect” are trademarks of Apple Inc. You are responsible for complying with Apple’s guidelines and requirements when submitting assets you create with AppStorePack.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that assets you generate will be accepted by Apple. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update them from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact support@appstorepack.com.
