Privacy Policy

• Account data — the email address you sign in with, managed by our authentication provider.
• Your content — the images you upload (logos, app icons and screenshots) and the text you enter (app name, descriptions, store metadata), whether in the web app or through an AI assistant you connect, stored so you can return to your projects.
• App Store Connect API key — only if you add one, so we can update your App Store listing when you ask. It is encrypted before it is stored and never shown again; see our Security page.
• Access tokens and connected apps — if you create a personal access token or connect an app such as Claude, we keep a record of it (tokens are stored only as a one-way hash) so you can see and revoke it.
• Billing data — your subscription status and plan. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full payment information.
• Basic technical logs — standard request and error logs used to keep the service running and secure.

We use your data to provide the product: to store and render your projects, generate assets and AI-assisted store copy, update your App Store Connect listing when you (or an app you connected) request it, process your subscription, and support and secure the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.

We rely on a small set of vendors to run AppStorePack. Each processes data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for your account and projects.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI generation. When you request store copy or captions, the app description and related text you provide are sent to Anthropic’s API to produce suggestions. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. (If you use AppStorePack from Claude, your conversation with Claude is governed by your own agreement with Anthropic; we receive only the requests Claude sends to AppStorePack.)
• Apple — only if you connect App Store Connect. When you ask us to list your apps, plan a push, or push, we send those requests — including your listing text and screenshots — to Apple’s App Store Connect API using your key.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Resend — email delivery. It receives your email address and the content of the emails we send you, such as sign-in links.
• Sentry — error monitoring (captures technical error details so we can diagnose and fix failures).
• PostHog — first-party product analytics (page views and feature usage) so we can understand and improve the product. Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, its stored assets are removed. When you close your account, we delete your associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@appstorepack.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use cookies and similar local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service, plus first-party analytics storage (via PostHog) to measure product usage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

AppStorePack is a tool for app developers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
